the staff was very friendly and helpful. The issue is they shipped the wrong parts twice. the first recoil starter did not fit the flange so I ordred a second assembly with the recoil starter and the flange and that assembly did not fit together at all and it could not be used and when i got a response after I sent pictures it was a manufacturing issue??? The staff should have said or done let me find the correct one and ship it. The entire process was very poor late shipping, first incorrect parts and then the parts sent would not fit together so you should do more work on what you are selling so you dont inconvience people
